The Medical and Specialist Centre is the heart of the Health Hub. We pride ourselves on giving our patients top-class time and attention.  Patients enjoy visiting the light, spacious and aesthetic rooms within the state of the art facility.  

Appointments
Appointments can either be made over the phone or online by booking via our website: goulburnhealthhub.com. 
We reserve on the day appointments for our existing patients but we do not do walk-in appointments. Emergencies will always be given priority.

Practice Services
Our services include but are not limited to:
General Medicine and physical checkups, ECG heart checks, counselling, sexual health, accident and emergency treatment, child health and immunizations, flu vaccinations, spirometry, minor surgery, skin checks, pre-employment and executive health checks, women’s health including pap smears, pregnancy, menopause management and family planning, men’s health, health assessments, travel medicine, Pain Management, Sports Medicine, Q Fever and hearing tests.

Patient feedback
Please feel free to email us, talk to your doctor or reception Staff if you have any suggestions or are unhappy in any way with our service. Alternatively, you may prefer to contact the Health Care Complaints Commission at NSW Health on 1800 043 159.

After Hours and Emergency
If you require medical attention outside our normal practice hours, please make your way to the Goulburn Base Hospital or in an emergency call 000.

Home visits
Home visits are available for regular Patients whose condition prevents them from attending the surgery.

Fees and billing arrangements
Our doctors both bulk bill and mixed bill patients. All pensions, healthcare card holders, students and children under 16 years are bulk billed by Dr Chan, Dr Cupitt and Dr Rajendra.
Fees are payable at the time of consultation. Our billing policy and fees are displayed at reception.

Communication / telephone policy
Staff will take your details over the phone or via emails that are sent to info@goulburnhealthhub.com and will only interrupt a consultation with the GP if the problem is urgent. For non-urgent cases a response can be expected by the next day.

Test results
If you have been sent for a test, please
make sure to contact us for the result 2-3 days later. If there is reason for a follow up our staff will call to make a recall appointment.

Reminder system
Our practice is committed to preventative
healthcare. You have the option of registering to
receive reminder notices regarding health services appropriate to your care.
