The Goulburn Health Hub in Bradfordville is a multi-disciplinary medical centre hosting doctors who focus von preventative health-care.
Within the centre, we have a medical and specialist centre, an allied health centre, pharmacy and a cafe. We also have a bulk-billing pathology and a pharmacy with the only compounding chemist in Goulburn.
We now have a variety of GPs consulting at the centre, who work independently. These are Dr Sima Safaei, Dr Jen St Croix, Dr Waqas Khan, Dr Saeid Tahmasebi, Dr Claire Cupitt, Dr Roslyn Davis, Dr Nisha Krishnamoorthy and Dr Janet Ninio. Their areas of specialty and fee schedule can be seen here. Consultation fees for all pensioners, health-care card holders, DVA clients and children under 16 are bulk-billed by all of the doctors who consult here. Dr Safaei, Dr Khan, Dr St Croix, Dr Nisha and Dr Saeid are bulk billing doctors but there are fees for procedures and driver medicals. It is practice policy to charge ALL patients who extend a standard consult to a long consult by raising multiple health issues. This is the only way we can ensure that every patient is allocated a reasonable amount of time with the GP.
We are proud of our specialist centre, where we are introducing many streams not previously available in Goulburn.

Dr Saeid Tahmasebi (MD(Medicine), FRACGP) is a fellow of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners. He has over 20 years of medical experience. He is interested in all areas of general practice, particularly minor skin surgeries, men's health, paediatrics and mental health.
Dr Waqas Khan has over 10 years experience working in Australia and specialises in skin cancer, paediatrics and geriatrics. He will be working weekdays and BULK BILLS ALL HIS PATIENTS. He is also interested in and offers aesthetic medicine such as injectables and fillers.
Dr Safaei trained as a dual specialist in Iran - as a GP and as a paediatrician. She worked as a GP for almost 8 years and is passionate about children’s and women’s health.
Dr Cupitt has over 30 years experience in Rural General Practice, with a particular interest in the use of acupuncture as an adjunct to Western Medicine treatment, especially severe or chronic pain of any cause. She uses a variety of acupuncture techniques, but mostly laser (red light) rather than needles. Please phone the Hub if you would like a consult for acupuncture.
Dr. Cupitt works part time.
Dr Jennifer St Croix is from the US and has a broad interest in medicine. She can assist with quitting smoking, early stage pregnancy terminations, cortisone injections and cosmetic injections.
Dr Janet Ninio is our Skin Cancer Doctor. She holds over 20 years experience in the field. She bulk bills consults for pension card holders.
Dr Nisha Krishnamoorthy has 8 years of GP experience from India and for the past 3 years has worked as GP in rural NSW before moving to Goulburn. Her areas of interest are Chronic diseases management, Mental health care & Aged care.
Dr Roslyn Davis has worked for many years as a GP in South Western Sydney as well as the ACT. She has more than 10 years providing care for adults with development disability in Sydney, Goulburn and Canberra. She has worked for 6 years at Bourke St as a VMO and is currently director of the Base Hospital Rehab Unit. Her interests include geriatrics, rehab, general medicine and chronic disease, as well as palliative care.
