Before Booking Any Specialist Appointment we will need your referral.
Please send all referrals to info@goulburnhealthhub.com or drop them in at 37 Ross St Goulburn at the Medical Reception.

Once the referral has been sent, please call our friendly reception at 02 48161500 to book the appointment.
Due to high no show rates many of our specialist appointments also require a deposit in order to book the appointment. Some of these will be a refundable deposit and will be refunded by EFT after the initital appt (if only 1 appointment is needed) or after the 3rd appt if you will continue treatment with the doctor, upon request. Some of these deposits can be used to cover the cost of your appointment.
Deposit will be forfeited as a cancellation fee if you do not turn up for your appointment or if you cancel your appointment with less than 48 hours notice without good reason.
