The Medical and Specialist Centre is the heart of the Health Hub. We pride ourselves on giving our patients top-class time and attention. Patients enjoy visiting the light, spacious and aesthetic rooms within the state of the art facility.
Our General Practitioners
All our GPs bulk bill DVA patients, pension card holders, health care card holders and children under 16. Their fee schedule for private patients can be found here. Dr. Debbie Chan also bulk bills full time students under 25. Dr Sanaur Khan bulk bills all patients of aboriginal origin. Dr Claire Cupitt bulk bills ALL patients.
Dr Debbie Chan consults all weekdays except Wednesdays and specialises in women's health, emergency medicine and chronic disease.
Dr. Roslyn Davis consults on Monday and Friday afternoons and specialises in adults with developmental disabilities, geriatrics, rehab, general medicine and chronic disease and palliative care.
Dr. Sanaur Khan consults weekdays has a special interest is paediatrics and men's health.
Dr. Ruwantha consults two to three days per week and has an interest in men’s health, mental health and family General Practice.
Dr. Claire Cupitt consults on Wednesdays. She has been the sole GP in several remote areas and thus has has vast experience in general medicine. Her special interests are in skin checks, paediatrics and is able to insert IUDs.
Dr. Rajendra has his own practice in Bundanoon and only consults one Monday per month. He doesn't see New Patients.
Dr. Janet Ninio runs a skin cancer clinic. Dr. Ninio has over 30 years experience and bulk-bills full time pensioners. Her fee schedule will soon be published.
Our General Practice is open Monday through Friday from 8:30am to 5:30pm.

We reserve on the day appointments for our existing patients and we can accommodate walk-in appointments depending on availability. Emergencies will always be given priority.
Our services include but are not limited to:
General Medicine and physical checkups, ECG heart checks, counselling, sexual health, accident and emergency treatment, child health and immunizations, flu vaccinations, spirometry, minor surgery, skin checks, pre-employment and executive health checks, women’s health including pap smears, pregnancy, menopause management and family planning, men’s health, health assessments, travel medicine, Pain Management, Sports Medicine, Q Fever and hearing tests.

After Hours and Emergency
If you require medical attention outside our normal practice hours, please make your way to the Goulburn Base Hospital or in an emergency call 000.
Home visits are available for regular Patients whose condition prevents them from attending the surgery.
Fees and billing arrangements
Our doctors mix bill patients. All pension, healthcare card holders and children under 16 years are bulk billed by Dr Chan, Dr Ruwantha and Dr Khan. Dr Chan also bulk bills full-time students and Dr Cupitt bulk bills all her patients.
Fees are payable at the time of consultation. Our billing policy and fees are displayed at reception.
Communication / telephone policy
Staff will take your details over the phone or via emails that are sent to firstname.lastname@example.org and will only interrupt a consultation with the GP if the problem is urgent. For non-urgent cases a response can be expected by the next day.
If you have been sent for a test, please make sure to contact us for the result 2-3 days later. If there is reason for a follow up our staff will call to make a recall appointment.
Our practice is committed to preventative healthcare. You have the option of registering to
receive reminder notices regarding health services appropriate to your care.
